Big thanks to the Loudon County Sheriff’s Department and WJLA ABC 7’s Erin Hawksworth for putting on the Bomb Suit and making a run for it to support our upcoming Inaugural Bomb Suit Family 5K and World Record Run on March 30th in The Northern Virginia Area.
The event will have Mission Volant demonstration Parachute jump to start the 5K and then watch and support as multiple people attempt to smash the world record 1 Mile run in the bomb suit. The Loudoun County Sheriffs office will have multiple suits for attendees to try on and demonstration trucks and vehicles and equipment for all to learn about. All proceeds from the 5k and sponsorship go to benefit the EOD Warrior Foundation. There will be multiple EOD equipment demonstrations as well as military demonstration as well from all the branches.
