GCO is excited to welcome to the team retired LTC James Dyke USA. as the Senior Director of Operations. James has over 20 years of supply chain and contract management experience. During his career he has provided logistics and leadership consulting for senior government executives and organizations. He has also worked on a variety of prime and subcontracts with experience in contract management, project management, and requirements review. Additionally, he has worked for companies in business development and contract negotiations. James is a West Point graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business management and a master’s degree in leadership development with a 20+ year record of proven success as an organizational leader. He has led organizations at many levels in extremely challenging environments and has been recognized for building motivated, successful teams.
